CoolPAD polishing blades are specially designed for dry grinding of ceramic, porcelain stoneware on the grinder angular. The composition of the diamond layer provides a speed of consistently high workmanship, which guarantees the best quality of the surface. You can work the tile glaze without fear to damage the edge. The involute layer profile removes effectively removes sludge from the grinding area. Thanks to these properties one blade replaces three polishers of different grain sizes. CoolPad GR1 replaces 30, 60 and 120 CoolPad GR2 replaces 100, 200 and 400 CoolPad GR3 replaces 400, 800 and 1000 Before first use, the polishing wheel must be sharpened briefly on abrasive material. CoolPads are available in grades 1, 2 and 3 with 100 diameter.
